Julia oversees all scheduling, client communication, quality control, and decor design, ensuring every property we care for feels like home (but better). As a local entrepreneur and proud woman-owned business owner, she’s dedicated to helping Charleston hosts shine.
Jake - Handyman and Maintenance Lead
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Jake is the one we trust to fix it right the first time. From small repairs to preventative maintenance, he keeps your rentals guest-ready and running smoothly. He's reliable, skilled, and just as invested in making sure your home is in great shape as you are. Whether it’s patching drywall, installing fixtures, or making sure everything’s tightened up before check-in , he’s the quiet magic behind the scenes.
